These terms apply to your use of this website and to orders placed with The Beast Fence Chargers LLC.
Orders
- Adding items to the cart is a request, not a completed purchase. An order is complete only after we confirm it with you by phone or email.
- We confirm price, shipping cost, sales tax (where required), and payment method with you before your order is final.
- Prices and availability may change. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error.
Shipping and returns
Shipping costs are paid by the customer. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Product use and safety
- Our fence chargers are designed for livestock and wildlife fencing and are plug-in (110V AC) units for indoor installation, such as a garage, shed, or covered area.
- Install and use them according to the instructions and local requirements. Keep electric fences away from people, children, and anything that should not be shocked.
Warranty and repair
We do not offer a standard warranty, because lightning can damage any charger regardless of brand. Instead we provide Lifetime Repair Service. See our Repair Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Beast Fence Chargers LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
